Al Watania Agri we
have multiple values attached with Olive, however we prefer “Olive Passion”.
Since ancient times as its a blessing trees, it has symbolized peace,
wisdom, and harmony and as such is important not just to the countries where
these noble trees grow, but to people and communities around the world.
It’s
been more than 25 years since beginning, Al Watania Agriculture company has
established the first mill in the Al jouf northern region area in the Saudi
Arabia as the first company for oil extraction and milling.
Al Watania Organic
Extra Virgin Olive Oil has the best characteristics as the actual method for
extracting is a cold press under a controlled thermal processing to maintain
the lower and upper temp. this will not lead to alterations in the oil and
without being subject to any treatment other than washing, crushing, mixing,
decanting, centrifuging, filtering and filling.
Tomato concentrates
Al-watania
is the first factory in Saudi Arabia and biggest factory in the middle east for
tomato concentrates. It was established in 1998 with a production capacity of
720 tons tomatoes/day, To produced premium quality of the tomato concentrate
that exclusively cultivates at Al-Jouf project, which are mechanically
harvested, transported to the factory.
Our
second factory was installed in 2008 with a production capacity of 1000 tons of
fresh tomato's/day to the expansion of cultivation to cover supply, demand, and
export to neighboring countries.
Our plan to establish a 3rd factory within next year with capacity of 1200 tons fresh tomato's /day to increase the total capacity with 3000 tons fresh tomato's /day to provide the product and self-sufficiency for the local and foreign markets.
Tomato Processing
Tomatoes is the second largest consumed agricultural product in the word, locally it has high demand value. All food recipes define its flavor and balance sensory. Plus, a major dietary source linked to multiple antioxidants which benefits prime immune system. Back in 1990 our total consumption need was dependent on imports leading economical give away to foreign companies with associated security. Hence, we step on board to learn & adapt the ecosystem characteristics to mitigate its effect on our tomato plantation with renewable & sustainable energies along modern food science and technology, for “our need to be real creator”, and lead the path for others, rest is the history about Al Watania ‘s emerge & rise to the “The Kingdom’s 1st and the only company to harvest and process industrial tomatoes is Al Watania.
Jams and juices
It all began in the year 1998 with open eye dream of visionary leader to produce organic juices & jams without any additives, preservative, anything artificial which will not affect on the organic components for the products.
